AZInvestorCoalition is ideally suited for Sedona, AZ short-term rental investors, property managers, real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, and other professionals who work with or support the STR industry. At this time we are focusing on Sedona, but we do plan to expand into other Arizona towns and regions.
As a member, you’ll get full access to valuable resources and clear, easy-to-follow interpretations of Sedona’s Short-Term Rental (STR) laws and regulations. You’ll also have representation Online, as well as at city hall meetings where many decisions impacting STR owners are made.
Not at this time. AZInvestorCoalition does not sell, promote, or offer investment opportunities. There are plans in the future, to include member-only webinar strategy sessions, led by the top STR-specialized real estate agents throughout Arizona. For now, our focus is to provide information, clear interpretation of STR laws, and advocacy for short-term rental investors within the Greater Sedona Area. One of our secondary goals is to change the Sedona government rhetoric, which up until now has been negative toward STR’s and STR owners
No application process is required. Once your membership payment is completed, you’ll gain immediate access to all member benefits.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. You’ll continue to have access to all resources and benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Membership payments are non-refundable.
Currently, all events are virtual. We host monthly or quarterly online sessions featuring special guest speakers — including leading attorneys, compliance specialists, and STR experts who focus on Sedona’s rental market. We are planning future in-person meetings.
No. AZInvestorCoalition is open to everyone — whether you own properties, manage rentals, or are just exploring Sedona’s STR market.
Yes! We welcome STR Specialized individuals throughout Arizona to get involved in leadership roles. If you’re passionate about supporting short-term rental investors and helping the community grow, please reach out. We’d love to connect with you.

Our team monitors Sedona’s STR regulations closely and updates member resources regularly, especially when new city proposals or changes arise.
Yes. AZInvestorCoalition is committed to showing up at public meetings, speaking on behalf of members, and ensuring the STR investor voice is heard in local decisions.
Our main focus is currently Sedona, much of our content, legal interpretations, and expert insights are useful to STR investors operating across Arizona.
Yes. Members are encouraged to connect through our virtual events, discussion groups, and local partner referrals.

While our membership is priced per individual, many team members join separately. We’re also exploring group plans — reach out to chad@azinvestorcoalition.com if interested.

We don’t file documents, but we provide walkthroughs, templates, and guidance to help you navigate Sedona’s permitting and compliance requirements.
Yes. Monthly and annual plans both auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
